Overview
The Meeting Place provides modern facilities for Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) registered with the Commissioner for Volunteering. It supports NGOs working specifically in the education, health, and social sectors by offering a venue to host:
Meetings,
Annual General Meetings (AGMs),
Conferences,
Training sessions,
Seminars.
What you'll get
The venue offers a community-based space that promotes support, integration, and collaboration through accessible public infrastructure.
The place includes all the necessary requirements and accesses for disabled persons.
Parking spaces available outside the venue, including spaces for Blue Badge card holders.
The following booked rooms/offices/areas have a maximum capacity of:
Board Room – maximum of 12-16 persons,
Multi-sensory Room – maximum of 12-16 persons,
Office – maximum of 2-3 persons,
Hall/Conference Room – maximum of 40-50 persons,
Computer Area – maximum of 6-8 persons.
The Meeting Place is available at all times, including late after office-hours, public holidays and weekends.
The venue is available free of charge.
Eligibility
The service is open to:
- NGOs registered with the Commissioner for Volunteering,
- Organisations active in the education, health, and social sectors,
- Groups particularly working with vulnerable individuals.
How to apply
A person responsible for the NGO needs to authenticate with their own e-ID and submitting the online booking form onine.
