The Buy Sustainable Property Scheme is designed for individuals seeking financial support for those who purchased or are about to purchase an energy-efficient property home. 

It aims to promote sustainable housing by raising awareness about the benefits of energy-efficient buildings, such as reduced energy consumption and long-term cost savings, while encouraging greener building practices across Malta and Gozo.

Citizens of Malta or one of the member states of the European Union and persons who are habitual residents of Malta are entitled to claim compensation for the criminal injuries they have sustained so long as such injuries were subject to criminal proceedings or reported to the Police without delay.

​Maltese citizens can obtain a Conduct Certificate by 

• filling in the electronic form or

• calling personally at the Criminal Records Office,18 Market Street, Floriana.  On the day of collection, applicants must personally produce a valid identification document such as a valid passport or valid ID Card.
