The Malta Medicines Authority reviews applications for the granting of Good Manufacturing Practice certification and/or licencing in accordance with the Production of Cannabis for Medicinal and Research Purposes Act (Cap. 578 of the Laws of Malta).
What you'll get
EU-GMP Certificate and/or Licence pertaining to activities related to cannabis for medicinal and research purposes, as applicable.
Eligibility
Applicants who have obtained a Letter of Intent from Malta Enterprise.

Fill in the online form and submit.
Kindly fill in a declaration form for each signatory and attach a scanned copy to the eForm. The declaration form can be retrieved from here.
