Voluntary Registration of Maltese Living Abroad Non-Governmental Organisations (Form 'O')

Overview

Article 10 of Act XX of 2011 requests the setup of a register for non-governmental organisations set up outside Malta which are involved in the promotion and protection of the interests of Maltese living abroad.
Those non-governmental organisations that fall under these categories can fill Form O and submit it to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry for Foreign Affairs And Tourism.

All personal details collected through this notification are processed in a confidential manner for the specific purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the Laws of the Republic of Malta. All personal data collected through Form O will be kept by the Office of The Deputy Prime Minister And Ministry For Foreign Affairs And Tourism. for a maximum period of 3 years. The Data Controller is the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Tourism.
